Governor of the Capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar Kh.Nyambaatar met with the representatives led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia Kim Jung Gu. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the general development plan of Ulaanbaatar until 2040, developing the feasibility study and design of the subway.

Mayor Kh.Nyambaatar expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Kim Jung Gu and said, "General development plan of Ulaanbaatar until 2040 is being prepared to be submitted to the Parliament. It would be a pleasure to study the experience and receive assistance from the Republic of Korea in the feasibility study and design development of the subway construction project.”

The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia, Kim Jung Gu congratulated the Mayor on his appointment and expressed his readiness to cooperate with the city of Ulaanbaatar in the future.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed that they will focus on expanding and developing relations and cooperation not only between the two countries, but also between Ulaanbaatar and Seoul.
