Issuing and trading capital securities was presented at the meeting of the council of Governor of the capital city.

In accordance with the Law on the Legal Status of the Capital City and other relevant laws, the legal framework related to the issuance, trading, registration, payment, and disposal of collected assets of Ulaanbaatar City is being studied and preparations are being carried out for the issuance of securities. Specifically, the capital's securities will be traded in stages in the domestic market in order to invest projects and measures to decentralize the city, reduce traffic congestion, expand the network of roads, and reduce air pollution.

Minutes were taken from the council meeting, and the above issue was submitted to the Citizens' Representative Khural for discussion. In addition, it was ordered to elaborate and present proposals for projects to be financed with funds raised through the issuance and trading of securities.
