The Governor’s Office of the capital city is implementing the "Ulaanbaatar Sustainable Urban Transport Project" aimed at ensuring the safety of road users and improving traffic conditions with the World Bank. The World Bank technical assistance team worked in Ulaanbaatar to support the successful implementation of the project.

The team delivered the reports "Study and Needs Assessment for Ulaanbaatar Smart Transportation System Update" and "Guidelines for Implementation of Traffic Research" developed by the World Bank to the relevant institutions of the capital city in the form of seminars and presentations, and provided practical and technical assistance to the project implementation unit.
