HUB Innovation Center was established in 2018 to create an innovation ecosystem in Ulaanbaatar city, foster start-up businesses based on new ideas and innovations, and provide young people with a comfortable working environment. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the center has not been operating for the past two years. Now, the innovation center has re-opened and started its operation.

On October 24-28, the HUB innovation center is organizing its opening event under the theme of "Innovation community week". The event is being jointly organized by the Business and Innovation Development Agency of the capital city, GIZ Mongolia, Unread Media, and TsoilogsoZ.

On October 25, Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar participated in the opening event and discussed with the young people how Ulaanbaatar authorities are focusing their support on the development of innovation.

Participants of the "Innovation Community Week" event may get free access to a shared office for a week, as well as share their knowledge and experience with successful professionals and young people in the fields of IT, blockchain, science, and personal development.
