Taeko Imanaga awarded with “Badge of Honor” of Ulaanbaatar city

Japanese citizen Taeko Imanaga was awarded the "Badge of Honor" of Ulaanbaatar city in recognition of her valuable contribution to the development of Mongolia-Japan educational and cultural cooperation, and the deepening of friendly cooperation and mutual understanding between the two countries. The Badge of Honor was handed over by First Deputy Governor of the Capital City J.Sandagsuren.

Mrs. Taeko Imanaga has been working for the fifth year by establishing the Mirai Temuulel Japanese Language Learning Center in Ulaanbaatar and in Khuvsgul aimag in order to create favorable opportunities for Mongolian children and youths to study at Yoshimochi Independent Academy Yanagigaura High School in Ōita Prefecture, Japan. Many students are successfully studying at Yanagigaura high school after finishing studies at the language course established by Mrs. Taeko Imanaga’s initiative.
