During the regular meeting of the capital city authorities, the Mayor clarified the current situation with the management of the local administrative organizations of the city. Head of the Health Department of the Capital city P.Erkhembulgan said:

-A working group has been formed, and based on the leading causes of morbidity and mortality of the population and the number of household health centers, a proposal has been developed to introduce five areas of care to 10 health institutions. In some districts, the work of establishing the health institutions with management of the general hospital is starting. For example, proposals are made and views are received from the Working Group to establish injury and rehabilitation hospitals in Songinokhairkhan, Bayanzurkh, and Nalaikh districts, stroke and infarction centers in Songinokhairkhan, Bayanzurkh, and Chingeltei districts, palliative care centers in Khan-Uul and Sukhbaatar districts, poisoning and emergency care centers in Bayangol district, and hemodialysis centers in Khan-Uul districts respectively.

At the end of the meeting, the Governor of the Capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar Kh.Nyambaatar gave the tasks:

• To present the amendment of the Development Plan at the meeting of the council of Governor of the capital city, as well as the analysis of the structure and functions of the local administrative organizations of the capital city;
• To present the draft document to terminate the permission to start construction and the order for the land allocation of the company that is constructing a building in the “Urguu” hospital, and submit a request to the IAAC to investigate the staffs who made the decision;
• To monitor and present the percentage of lighting on public roads and streets in Ulaanbaatar;
• To intensify the process of land vacation for development purposes.
