A regular meeting of the capital city authorities was held on September 25. In the previous meeting, the Mayor gave tasks in eight areas, and the implementation rate was 83 percent. One such directive was to coordinate efforts towards the welfare and safeguarding of vulnerable and unattended children who are engaged in labor and face potential risks. Additionally, there were instructions to deter crimes and infractions, as well as to enhance guidance and educational initiatives aimed at children. In this context, a total of 226 children, such as those who are unattended, engaged in labor, may commit crimes, or are vagrants, have been identified. Moreover, 123 citizens who committed violence against children were detained for 7-30 days, and 128 citizens who violated children's rights, such as physically assaulting children, being intoxicated in the presence of children, neglecting them, and committing violence, were subjected to fine.

It was tasked to intensify and complete the repairs of damage to the main and auxiliary roads, road signs and markings. As part of the repair of roads, 8.51 kilometers of roads were repaired in 14 locations, out of the planned 9.21 kilometers in 16 locations. The repair work of 0.7 km of road in two locations is ongoing and 90.4 percent has been completed. 82,803 square meters of potholes have been repaired in 148 main and auxiliary streets and roads in six central districts with the funds of the Road Fund of Capital city, and 87.4 percent of them have been completed.

At the end of the regular meeting, Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar gave the following tasks:

• To carefully ensure the implementation of tasks given by policy documents, laws, resolutions, decisions, and regular meetings, and to intensify and monitor the tasks that are delayed;
• To thoroughly prepare for the winter, and to pay particular attention to the reliable provision of water, heat, and electricity to citizens during the rush load of winter by professional organizations;
• To regularly inform citizens and the public about instructions and advice on the use of refined coals and warnings for the prevention of carbon monoxide poisoning;
• To intensify the work related to the installation of RFID TAG;
• To prevent road and traffic accidents around general education schools, appoint assistants, community police officers, and patrol officers and ensure traffic safety for students and children, work on crosswalks, and intensify it;
• To increase residential and ger area’s waste transportation, intensify work and monitor implementation.
