A regular meeting of the capital city authorities was held on September 12. In the previous meeting, the Mayor gave tasks in 17 areas. For example, it was ordered to thoroughly prepare for winter, and 87 percent of the preparations have been completed. He gave tasks on monitoring and improving the security and landscaping of the outdoor environment of health and educational institutions providing services in the capital city. In this context, 74 schools and 110 kindergartens have been met environmental standards. In addition, making stairs of commercial and service organizations accessible to disabled people, regularization of landscaping and cleaning of public streets, repair of sidewalks, exterior advertising boards, and children's playgrounds that have lost their integrity or are at risk, ensuring safety, and meeting standards were tasked. Of the 132 locations of children's playgrounds inspected, 98 of them met the standards, and 17 illegal billboards on public streets were forcibly removed.
In the framework of the work of creating environment for children and youths to spend their free time properly, exercise and play sports, building 3x3 basketball courts and intensifying other landscaping works were tasked. According to this, construction of 3x3 basketball courts has been started in 40 locations of the capital, and urban micro-parks have been established in 16 locations.
