A regular meeting of the capital city authorities was held on April 3 and chaired by Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar. The Mayor gave 20 tasks at the previous meeting, and the implementation was about 80 percent. For example, the works to conduct the surveillance studies on the use of residential buildings and engineering networks, to intensify passporting the buildings, and to monitor its implementation were instructed. Between 2011 and 2022, 672 residential buildings, 272 state-owned schools, kindergartens, and hospitals were assessed for earthquake resistance and passported.

Preparations are underway to organize the "Ulaanbaatar International Investment and Partnership Forum" on April 20. The registration site www.ubif.mn has been launched. More than 170 invitations have been sent to cooperating cities and foreign and domestic enterprises.

The Mayor emphasized the need to support self-employed citizens and travelling food services, identify places where those services can be provided, and provide opportunities for services that meets standards and hygiene requirements. In addition, the authorities of relevant organizations have been instructed to pay attention to increasing employment and announce information about jobs. At the end of the meeting, Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar gave the following tasks.

• To thoroughly prepare for the "Ulaanbaatar City Economic Forum" and the relevant organizations to support;
• To intensify the investment at all stages, quickly solve the tasks without budget and work assignments, and deliver them to the relevant organizations;
• As part of ensuring the right of the citizens of the capital city to live in a healthy and safe environment, to improve land use, to start removing the violations of sidewalks, green areas and public streets, and to demolish fences and garages without permits;
• To increase access to cultural services in the capital, to intensify social and cultural activities such as enlightenment, inheritance of cultural values, protection of immovable historical and cultural monuments;
• To provide professional management and support to citizens and enterprises operating in the field of tourism, to improve the quality and accessibility of tourist services, provide recommendations for the implementation of relevant rules, regulations, and standards, and to monitor the implementation;
• To carry out a survey of trade and service organizations that provide accessibility for disabled people, to develop recommendations for improving accessibility, and to monitor the implementation.
