The government has announced 2023-2025 as “The Years to Visit Mongolia.” Within the framework of this context, with the aim of receiving one million tourists in the coming year, a number of measures are being taken to create favorable conditions for tourists. For instance, a revised Law on Tourism will be submitted to improve the legal framework of the tourism industry and increase the number of international flights, and inter-country buses being implemented. In this regard, the Deputy Governor in charge of the social sector, green development, and air and environmental pollution Z.Tumurtumuu received representatives of international journalists.

"Tourism law is being discussed and comprehensive programs are being developed for this sector. For instance, we are preparing to implement the tourist program "New Year in Mongolia" in the capital city from December 25 to January 10. The Deputy Governor also emphasized that many service organizations of the capital city, such as malls, shopping centers, and art and culture entities are participating in this New Year's program by announcing discounts.

“A banner with identification and information will be placed at the entrance of the entities participating in the program, and tourists can enjoy the bonus by showing their passports.
