The "Best households" that contribute to the development of the capital city and serve as an example for the next generation have been jointly selected by the City Council and the Committee for the Elderly of the Capital City for the 27th years. The award ceremony was held on October 5. Additionally, on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons and the Day of the Older Persons of Mongolia, the contest "Golden Autumn - Elderly Farmer" has been held for the fourth year. Nine senior farmers of the Capital city were awarded the "Golden Wheat" honor and the badge of honor of the Committee for the Elderly of the Capital city.

The award was handed over by the Deputy Governor in charge of the social sector, green development, and air and environmental pollution Z.Tumurtumuu, Secretary of Capital City Council B.Batbyamba and head of the Committee for the Elderly of the Capital City T.Dashnyam.
