The "Asian Youth Games-2022" was held in Tokyo, Japan and a total of 138 athletes, 36 para-athletes from 12 cities including Delhi, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Singapore, Ulaanbaatar, Yangon, Iwate, Fukushima, Ibaraki, and Tokyo competed in the Games.
As for the city of Ulaanbaatar, a team of 24 athletes led by the Acting head of the Governor’s Office of Capital city I.Baatarkhuu successfully participated in the sports of table tennis and badminton. Para-badminton athlete in the SU5 category N.Togsbat won a bronze medal, and SL4 category athlete B.Batnyam won a silver medal.
Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Tokyo Sports Benefits Corporation, Tokyo Metropolitan Badminton Association, and Tokyo Table Tennis Federation have successfully organized this international sports game for the 14th year.
