Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar and senior officials of the capital city visited the Government's Citizen Feedback Center ‘11-11’, holding meetings with citizens.

About 60 citizens participated in the meeting and expressed their feedback and requests on 37 pressing issues. Throughout the meeting, the citizens raised issues such as land breach, construction, parking, and health care. Officials gave explanations on the issues and pledged to address citizens' complaints and feedback.

Citizens have expressed their gratitude to the city authorities for meeting, receiving their feedback and giving instructions to the relevant officials to solve their issues. Ulaanbaatar Mayor instructed the relevant officials to study the issues facing the citizens, respond within a week, and resolve their issues within the relevant laws.
