At the invitation of President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov paid a state visit to Mongolia. Within the framework of the visit, the agreement between Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, and Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the establishment of sister-city relations was signed by Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar and Mayor of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov.

In the framework of this agreement, the two cities will have the opportunity to cooperate on a wider scale in the future.
