The Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar said that due to factors such as the population, concentration, and traffic flow, the time has come to introduce mass vehicles.

-For Ulaanbaatar, public transport should have many options, be comfortable and fast. In other words, it is necessary to improve services and accessibility, as well as to diversify. It can be subway, LRT, or special line BRT. Diversifying public transport creates a comfortable living environment for citizens. On the other hand, it is also a step that will bring a profound effect on the economy and increase the value of the city. Of course, the introduction of mass transport is not cheap. Therefore, we have other option but to rely on our existing resources and cooperation.

On the other hand, the city administration is cooperating with the private sector to increase the accessibility of other means of transportation such as bicycles, scooters, and taxi services, and to improve the quality of services.
