The meeting of the council of Governor of the capital city led by Deputy Governor in charge of the Social Sector, Green Development, and Air and Environmental Pollution Z.Tumurtumuu was held on June 23.

Citizens and legal entities who started or completed construction work without obtaining a construction permit from the relevant authorities in the territory of the capital and the measures to be taken on them in the future was presented.

There are 107 blocks of buildings owned by 50 citizens and legal entities in the capital city that have started construction work without permission from the authorities. Of these, 49 have land certificates, while the land certificate of one has been revoked. Those 107 block buildings are divided into four categories. First, there are 31 blocks of buildings belonging to 17 citizens and enterprises that do not meet the requirements of construction documents. Second, there is a proposal to transfer 18 blocks of buildings of three enterprises, which have 17 floors and are being built with a height of 51 meters, to the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development for resolution.

Third, there are 48 blocks of buildings belonging to 21 enterprises that have not received permission to start construction but construction is ongoing.

Fourth, there are 10 blocks of buildings of nine enterprises that are in use after the completion of the construction work. Therefore, it was proposed to examine the structure and strength of the building, make a conclusion and decision on the quality and safety.

The minutes of the council meeting were issued, and the relevant officials were instructed to make a decision within the framework of the relevant laws and regulations regarding measures to forcibly demolish the buildings and structures of citizens and legal entities built in violation of relevant laws and regulations, building norms and rules.
